So much for the 360 being a fps console.

I own 15 games for my 360 at the mo and 2 of those are shooters Gears/Halo.

Hope both LO and BD get sequels love a bit of traditional jrpg. infinite Undiscovery look great so far fingers crossed 4 this one. This and 2 human will hopefully make me a happy 360 gamer this year. Silicon Knights have the pedigree i just hope they don't do a Free Radical on us.

Wonder whether there will be any suprise announcem...

Firstly i have read the other reviews for Mgs4 but by the time i read them and the comments the threads were pretty much spent and i did not have anything to add to the party.

I commented on this post as i had something to say ie mgs4 is not everyones cup of tea so the reviews may not all be 10's or 9's and edge's 8 is one opinion.

As far as me saying the 360 is more powerful than the ps3 i think you will find i have never said anything of the sort. Although i have q...

I just post what im feeling after reading comments/articles. There aint no 360 justifying going on Sonarus. it doesn't matter to me what others think although i do respect others opinions. what matters is whether i feel satisfied.

If you don't like what ive posted by all means press the disagree and if you want take a bubble or 2 if it makes you happy. But ill post what i think/feel even if it does get disagreed with deal with it bro.

Or am i not allowed to post ...

Look mgs is not everyones cup of tea. Just like ninja gaiden is not everyones cup of tea.

Im sure it will be an excellent game but that does not mean everyone will agree with me and buy it. I myself played the s**t out of mgs1 finished 1/2 of mgs2 and still haven't played 3 due to at the time having a serious work/revision load.

But i have mates that hate the whole robot mangaesque storyline. Each to there own. Also long ass cutscenes are not what every one wants...

Verdict

"A mixed bag of awesome combat, average visuals and insane difficulty. Ninja Gaiden II is everything we expected but nothing more."

Uppers

Near-perfect combat
Massive boss battles
Lashings of blood and gore

Downers

Horrible camera (still!)
Occasional slowdown
Mid-combat loading
Too similar to the original

For me although innovation is great and drives the industry fo...

As you said everyones entitled to an opinion wheter you agree or disagree.

Needless to say from the videos ive sen of this game im gonna have to pick this up along with Grid.

The combat just looks to good to miss. May play though ngb first though to get my self mentally ready for the pain lol.

I am kind of daunted by this game and excitied all at the same time. Probably will have to get it first day as im already salivating over this one.

Not saying that itagaki's comments are wrong or right. I personally think of it as a bit of fighting talk to rile up the hardcore and to push them to try to finish his games on the harder difficulties.

Theres a certain sweet satisfaction in finishing a game that you know others would struggle with and you have had to sweat over.

I personally like a challenge.

Very informative. I knew that the rsx was bolted on at the last minute due to the cell not being capable to produce results graphically speaking that were adequate and cost effective at the same time.

But its really interesting to read an article from an ATI employer who has alot of experience/knowledge in the gpu field.

So far GT is the only game ive seen that i have thought wow that looks better than anything ive seen before. But having played realsied that the...

Cheers guys didn't know you actually won objects. Thats a great idea actually winning somthing useful.

Keeping an eye on this one as it could be a sleeper hit. But then again i though Viva pinata was gonna blow up with the tv series and the game being new/innovative/really great. Really hope the new one brings in more gamers and casuals. Ms were clever offering the 1st in a bundle deal with forza 2. Should expand the audience.

I urge anyone wanting to try somth...

If i had to choose 2 id go for fallout 3 and Gta4. As i think the other 2 although will be fantastic won't bring as much new innovations to the plate.

As for LBP the idea is great but i can't see it getting game of the year considering the levels have to be made by us the gamers so maybe creative tools of the year it would be the winner.

My problem with LBP is that with no goals/stories to push the gamer along to keep playing how is it gonna keep people coming back? ...

The devs delayed the Ps3 version of dirt due to it not being at an equal level to the 360 counterpart and it came out 4-5 months after the 360 version.

The framerate did not dip as much as the 360 version although the diff is slight. They acheived this due to an install onto the hardrive but this was still not enough so they removed parts of the scenery from the background to give it a smooth frame rate.

This was probably done due to the lack of ram of the ps3 due to...

He is bar none the best jedi when it comes to wielding a light saber. The guy is a bad ass. Even the way he talks is bad ass.

Chubaca and Yoda are my favourite star wars characters.

Good to see as a gamer. @Madden Radiers......:([Lost for words]

I wonder how the nos will look when MGS4 and NG2 come out?

I think it will be closer then some on here think due to NG2 getting alot more publicity cp to its predeccessor and due to Mgs3 selling 3 mill with the Ps2 having a 120 mill user base.

Hope grid does well codie have definately pulled a stella racer out of the bag.

NG2 and grid all in the same month for me. Keep it coming...

360 version of sc gets Yoda. I love yoda all though hes not everyones cup of tea. Just hope he doesn't unbalance the game due to his size.

I choose yoda out of the two due to preference/sentiment but not by much as they are both bad asses.

Wish they could both be in the two games....DAM U NAMCO!!

I spend my money on consoles when i feel they are value for money from a gamers perspective. That is why i do not own a Ps3 or a psp.

I also speak my mind and don't particularly care if others take offense as long as i have conveyed my beliefs/opinions wheter they be positive/negative. Opinions are there to be agreed/disagreed with.

I Have as a ps2/gc owner last gen been dissappointed with the Ps3 and paticularly the untruths that we were told about its capabilities....

My point was when you see talented dev like RS/Infinity ward/Capcom/id software produce mp games that end up being superior on the older console(360) and more importantly 1st/3rd party exclusives also have big issues such as screen tearing/poor ai/poor online code/frame rate problems and in GT's case major game mechanics completely missing it leads me to the conclusion that some one f'd up when it came to the Ps3 design.

The cell was a cast off from ibm that they tried to introdu...
